Green Writers Press author Peter Gould will lead the Writers Lounge on Thursday, November 2nd, from 6:00-8:00.
Peter’s first novel, a utopian commune fantasy called Burnt Toast, was published by Alfred A. Knopf in 1971. Peter’s commune memoir Horse-Drawn Yogurt: Stories from Total Loss Farm was published in 2017 by Green Writers Press. He’s back with fantasy again in 2017, completing Seed Man, a dystopian story set in a future earth where most of the men are infertile. He’ll talk with us about how to construct imaginary worlds in fiction, how to deal with time and space and characters who you know couldn’t possibly exist but you have to make them real anyway.
